From corporate events of any size, to game day, to rehearsal dinners let us ease the stress of hosting your event by bringing your guests a one of a kind dining experience. We always begin with a consultation so we can tailor the menu and service to your specific needs.
Moving forward we are changing to add Micro Weddings as well as large weddings. We love the small and intimate weddings the other caterers want nothing to do with, but no matter what the size we’re here to make it special. it's all about family and close relationships, no matter what size wedding.
During our consultation, we get very detailed. Allergies and food restrictions, What foods you love and what do you dislike? We discuss the venue, timing, bar service, DJ/Band, planner, menus and so much more. Unlike most caterers with cookie cutter menus where you pick off preset items, we don’t play in that sandbox. We have never duplicated a wedding or event menu, ever. This event is about you, not about a caterer with limited options. Like the personal chef side of our business, we cook from scratch using high end ingredients. We use the information you give us to build and create a menu exclusive to you and your event. Taco bars, grill cheese bars, slider bars, charcuterie, beef, chicken, seafood…Asian flare, Italian, French, Indian…bring it and we will make it happen. We haven’t even touched on desserts yet! Cupcakes…whoopie pies to individual pies, crème brulee or tiramisu, chocolate mousse and so much more. Our chefs make it happen.
